Understand the business before suggesting solutions.
We begin with your goals, workflows and constraints — not a brainstorm, a structured read of how the business actually runs, across operations, the customer journey and the decisions in between.
Reveal the real constraints.
A two to three week focused engagement mapping how work moves, where time and momentum are lost, and which constraints are actually load-bearing. Where AI work has already started, this is also where we find why it stalled and what has to change before more money goes in.
Prioritise what matters.
Two or three bets that matter, sequenced by impact and effort, each tied to a measurable outcome. Everything else parked deliberately — with reasons you can defend to your board.
Turn strategy into reality.
Build, buy or configure, alongside your team and measured against a baseline. Whether I do the work, direct your team, or hand over a plan you run yourself, every fix ships with an instrumentation plan attached. If we can't measure it, we don't call it done.
Build lasting capability.
Growth is a series of small, correct decisions repeated. Once we know which decisions are correct in your business, we make them more often — and your team owns the habits, the skills and the measurement that keep it compounding.
